I tried making the pudding. But, my chia seeds didn't swell up like yours although I left them over night. Next time I tried with hot water. This time, they did swell within minutes, but they smelled fishy. Is there something wrong with my chia seeds?

Question about the maple syrup. Are you using real maple syrup, as in tapped from the tree and no preservatives or store bought log cabin mae syrup?
